vehicle. If this service is not completed in 1 hour or less, it’s free!
Free Multi-Point Inspection: We will perform a free
multipoint inspection on your vehicle on every service visit. You will
be advised about the condition of your vehicle, what services it may
need today, and what may need attention in the future.
Renewable Sign & Drive Roadside Assistance:
Provides roadside assistance at little to no out-of-pocket cost
24/7/365. Services include Lock-Out Service, Tire Change, Winch-Out
Service, Jump Start, and Delivery of Gas and Other Fluids. Covers up to
$75 per service and can be used up to 2 times per recommended
maintenance interval. It also includes free towing. We will tow your
vehicle to our location free of charge within a 25-mile radius of the
Bill Rapp Superstore. Simply call the toll-free number on the
maintenance reminder sticker located on the vehicle windshield to
receive roadside assistance. This
benefit is renewable. To maintain this warranty, simply return to one of
our service departments for the recommended maintenance services at
least every 120 days or 5,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
10 Year / 200,000 Mile Limited Engine Lubrication Warranty:
Bill Rapp may guarantee the lubricated parts of the vehicle’s engine
for up to 10 years or 200,000 miles, whichever occurs first. To
maintain this warranty, simply return to the servicing dealer for the
recommended maintenance services at least every 6 months or 5,000 miles,
whichever occurs first. A comprehensive list of qualifications, terms,
and conditions of the warrenty are available.
Shuttle Service: We’ll take you where you need to go and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.
Loaner Cars: If you need
transportation while your vehicle is in the shop, we’ll provide you with
a loaner vehicle. We maintain a fleet of current year vehicles that are
available to you by appointment.
The vehicle has to have less than 50k miles and be within 42 months of the in-service date to qualify for 10 Year / 200,000 Mile Limited Engine Lubrication Warranty.
